Click Setup Inventory from the Dynamic Pricing menu, or Inventory under Services/Inclusions in the main menu.
Inventory can be added in two ways, either by downloading the auto updateable spreadsheet or by adding the allocated inventory into the dashboard below…
A. Select the dates you wish to work on from this section
B. Add inventory into the corresponding fields as shown. ‘-1’ means unavailable and ‘0’ is currently set up to allow a booking on request. If you prefer you can revert using actual inventory values so bookings can automatically confirm with available inventory instead of awaiting your confirmation
C. This is the most popular way of updating inventory. In this area you can select a service, select an inventory value and then set inventory over a selected period, you can even select specific days of the week you wish the inventory to apply
