Note: This process only applies to older websites with a Flash based image gallery.
Adding Images to the Gallery
Login to your website and navigate to Website>CMS and find you page with your gallery layout. Click edit.
A new pop up will appear. You will notice it is different to the CMS editor that is used in the standard presentation layout.
To add a new image click the new
Upload your new image using the browse button
Note: We highly recommend you resize images to the correct height and width before you upload them. Manually changing the height and width after an image has been inserted may distort the image slightly when viewed on the page.When replacing existing images on your website, right click on the image, and go to properties to see the size of that image. You will then be able to resize your new images to match the size of the previous ones and therefore fit in with the design of your page.
Add a name to the image in field. This will be displayed in the gallery.
To organise the order in which the images will be display. Give your images a show order
An image with a show order of 1 will display before an image with a display order of 2 etc. Images that have the same show order number will be displayed in the order that they were uploaded.
Depending on how your gallery was coded you could also display more descriptive text. Add this in the Long text for picture field
Once complete click Save.
Editing Existing Images
All of the images that will be displayed in your gallery will be in the the dropdown.
Select the image you want to edit and click
Make your amendment by following the instructions above and click Save.
Removing Images from the Gallery
To remove and existing image:
Select the image you want to edit and click
Click the Delete button at bottom, then click Save.
